Smiles & Cries Tattoo is 5-star. I reached out to them to get a tattoo for my Brother who passed away and I threw some ideas at Nixx and he incorporated them perfectly in my tattoo. Also, Sabina was great at coordinating everything and was empathetic to the passing of my Brother.
